Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about working with us.

What is a free AI audit?

A short conversation about how your business runs today. We look for repetitive tasks, missed calls, and slow follow-up where AI could save time, then give you a plain-English list of options. There is no obligation.

Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?

No. We handle the setup and explain everything in everyday terms. You tell us how your business works; we figure out where AI fits.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small businesses, real estate agents and brokerages, and healthcare and long-term care operators. Those are the industries where Chris has hands-on operating experience.

Can you build an AI chatbot or phone receptionist for my business?

Yes. We build website chatbots and voice assistants that answer common questions, capture leads, and hand off to a person when needed.

Do you offer SEO services?

Yes. We provide AI-powered SEO and local search for small businesses in Western North Carolina and beyond: technical SEO audits, Google Business Profile setup and optimization, local listings and citations on Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp and similar, keyword research with content and blog posts, and Google Search Console setup.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. Every project starts with a free audit, and we give you a clear written quote before any work begins.

Will AI replace my staff?

That is not our goal. We focus on taking repetitive work off your team's plate so people can spend more time with customers, clients, and residents.

Where are you located? Do you work remotely?

We are based in Brevard, Western North Carolina, and serve clients across North Carolina, South Carolina, and the rest of the US, in person locally and remotely elsewhere.

Do you work with government agencies?

Yes, we welcome conversations with public-sector agencies and prime contractors. Our federal registration is in progress.
